Step by Step, we will work together with you, on an individualized weight management, detox, and nutritional program. This is the first in a series of 3 workshops, all to be held at Core Concepts Wellness Studio. In these workshops, we will be working in depth to address weight management, detoxification of the body, nutritional counseling, exercise, and anti-aging challenges. Our goal is to make this a more natural, successful, and rewarding experience. Through these workshops, you will also experience:
stress reduction, increased vitality, emotional balance, a stronger and healthier body, better concentration and alertness, decreased inflammation and pain management, health and weight challenges, increased energy............plus much more.
You will receive handouts to take home so that you will have step by step daily guidance.
